Salmon with Mango-Peach Salsa

Makes 4 serving(s) + Ingredients4 salmon fillets, 4 oz. each Salsa1 cup fresh mango, peeled and diced + DirectionsPrepare grill. Lightly spray grill rack with vegetable oil. In a medium bowl, stir together salsa ingredients. Set aside. Rinse fish and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Grill salmon fillets with skin side up for 4 minutes or until brown. Grill other side of fish for 3-4 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Serve salmon skin side down and top with 2 tablespoons of salsa mixture.
