Mixed green salad with Sesame-Ginger Vinaigrette

Makes 4 serving(s)

+ Ingredients

1/2 lb of mixed salad greens

 

Dressing

1 t. minced ginger

1 clove garlic, minced

Juice of one lime

1/3 cup cilantro, chopped

2 t. sesame oil

2 T. rice wine vinegar

4-5 T. canola or other oil (with little flavor)

Salt

 

+ Directions
Whisk all dressing ingredients in a bowl.

Toss with greens.

Divide among plates.
