Grilled Asparagus

+ Ingredients

1 lb. asparagus

2 T. olive oil

Salt/pepper

 

+ Directions
Trim ends of asparagus and blanch.

When asparagus is dry, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Using a grill or grill pan, cook 2-3 minutes over medium-high heat, turning to grill each side (time will be less with very small stalks).
