Berry Sundaes

Makes 4 serving(s)

+ Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
2 cups mixed fresh berries
1 T. sugar
2 tablespoons Chambord (raspberry flavored liquor)
2 teaspoons grated orange rind
1/2 teaspoon chopped mint
3 cups fruit sorbet

1/3 cup whipping cream

1 T. powdered sugar

½ t. vanilla

½ cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
+ Directions

Combine strawberries and next 5 ingredients, tossing lightly to combine. Cover and chill up to 2 hours.

Make whipped cream- whisk cream to form soft peaks then add sugar and vanilla. Whisk to form stiff peaks

Scoop 1/2 cup sorbet into each of 6 serving dishes. Spoon two-thirds cup of berries over sorbet in each dish, top with whipped cream and walnuts
